The unit exists in a single-family residence that has been converted to a duplex. The upstairs stairwell entrance has been floored over for privacy between the upstairs and downstairs unit. This posting is for the upstairs unit. The one-car garage is a shared space with laundry facilities and room for storage; getting to the garage from the upstairs unit entails a short walk outside.  Currently there is a Christian, senior lady in the downstairs unit.  She's been there about ten years.

Highlights of the property: the large back deck, and the patio furniture is included!  Mature evergreens for privacy.  The home is located 3 blocks to downtown Sherwood.

Both a full month's rent and a prorated 2nd month due at move in. Security Deposit is 150% of monthly rent ($2700), but we can negotiate how soon that needs to be paid or if we can build it into the monthly rent to accrue during the term of the lease. Application/screening fee is $30.

We can work with a school-year lease term through April 2024, but would prefer through the summer or longer.  Maximum Occupancy: 2.  The entire property is completely smoke-free/vape-free.  Cats OK.
