2 Rooms Available! 1.5 Miles away from GFU!

Hello!

I have two rooms for rent in my house just 1.5 miles away from George Fox University!
Currently the house is getting new siding as you can tell from the photos but it should be done soon. I can dive into the details with the roommates!

Move in: September 1st (Can be Negotiated for sooner if needed)
Duration: 6+ Month Lease (Can be negotiated for longer if Needed)
Cost: $675 + Utilities which average about $50 per person
Deposit: $350 for a 6 month Lease

What am I looking for: I am open to a girl or guy. The biggest thing for me is someone that is respectful of the space and easy going to live with. I work from home so someone that can respect not being too loud because of remote meetings.

Who am I: I am a 31 y/o male GFU alumni and I recently bought this house in Newberg a few years ago. I work from home currently and in my free time I like to hang out with friends or go play indoor soccer.
