Hello, I am a professor at George Fox and I'm offering a rental for a 2-bedroom, 2-story home, perfect for two friends looking to share. Although it's a 3-bedroom house, I'll be using one of the bedrooms downstairs for storage. Located just 1.2 miles from the campus, this setup could be an ideal arrangement for those studying or working nearby. I will be on vacation from early May to Aug. 15, so I would like to rent the house out for 3.5 months. The home features two spacious, furnished bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom, making it perfect for roommates. The living room, a second bathroom, and the kitchen are situated on the first floor. We can discuss the possibility of continuing your stay in the upstairs bedrooms after Aug. 15, 2026 if needed. The monthly rent is set at $1500, plus utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet and garbage services). No pets please.
