Studio space

We are a local Family who have a shared Studio in our home. We have been renting our basement studio this last year to traveling medical staff, and have decided to include possible Graduate Students ONLY .
 
Graduate students will be required to provide to landlord, move in paperwork and the following:
**Renters Insurance with a personal liability coverage up to $100,000. (This Cost is estimated by my agent around $8.33 to $16.67 Per Month)
One of the following: Valid Driver's License, State ID, Passport or Military ID.
Studio Description:
        Fully Furnished Studio: Located in Basement of home, Full Size Bed with linens, small living room with TV, couch, entertainment center, desk, laptop desk and chair, with Blu Ray player with access to Streaming, two small night tables. Studio has a very large walk-in closet, a small bathroom with a walk-in shower (no Tub), and a small kitchenette. Wi-Fi available onsite, foot massager, vacuum and cleaning supplies onsite.
Kitchenette offers a large mounted microwave, cabinet storage space, many kitchen cooking accessories, utensils, and cookware. Also provided is a K-single cup coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, portable ice maker, electric kettle, small sink and mini fridge with freezer. Additional Refrigerator and freezer available in the Storage room next to the bathroom.

Studio has Tuscan style windows to allow for lots of natural light and country views with hardwood floors. AC and Heating, with additional cadet heaters for bathroom and theatre room. 

Private entrance with your own driveway parking or parking on the side of home.
Shared Space: This studio does have one shared space, a movie theatre room. Renter may use the room and has full access to the DVD library. Please email or call me for More information on how shared space works if interested.

Additional Amenities: We have bikes that can be utilized if you do not have a car. We also have a large Side patio with a table that can be used to enjoy some outside leisure time.

Additional Information For Rental:
Rent is month to month and includes all utilities; Water, Electrical, Septic, Garbage, Parking, and 5G WIFI. We do require a 30 day notice of a move out date.
Lease agreement/Application and Release of Liability Form required and will be emailed to you prior to move in date and must be filled completely and signed prior to move in date. A one time non-refundable cleaning and application fee is also added to the first month's rent.

House rules and expectations can be emailed prior to review to see if our space will work for you. 

Move in day: A key will be issued and copies of ALL paperwork to be exchanged, and a quick walk through inspection list will be done with the homeowner/landlord.
**Please Note: *Our Insurance will cover one renter, but our coverage does not cover renters "personal property", this is why you will be required to have renters insurance. That being said, if you need an insurance agent, we can provide you with one.  Again an estimated cost of Rental insurance is around $8.33 to $16.67 Per Month.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a family home, any form of disrespect to the premises or peoples or pets in this home will NOT be tolerated and can result in immediate eviction.
