4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house in Sherwood (approximately 12 minutes to campus), 1 (possibly 2) bedroom available. I am a current graduate student at george fox and have lived in this house for almost 2 years. The neighborhood is very safe and family oriented. We are close to safeway, a park, walking trails, coffee shops, target, and more! I enjoy spending time together but also love and respect independent time. I am clean, quiet, and try to have open communication. We have two girls moving out so we are looking for two more to fill the rooms to renew a year lease (August 1st 2024-July 31st 2025).
