We have a room in our house we have rented to students over the years. It will be available starting in January, possibly sooner. Full size bed, side table and dresser already in the room. Full size closet, 2 windows. Private bathroom, shared kitchen and laundry. We have rented this room in exchange for 10 hours/week childcare (no $). We have 2 daughters ages 4 & 6. We are open to renting the room in exchange for rent money instead, for $600/month all utilities included. Female preferable.
