We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a part-time position, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer problems and escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar position.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
