Fit Learning is an educational learning laboratory that works with school aged children who have deficits in reading, math, penmanship, or problem solving skills. Join our team to work one-on-one with students and bring the science of learning to the art of teaching. Interns and Learning Coaches at Fit Learning will receive extensive training to become experts in the most effective, science-based educational model in the world.

An intern is expected to work 10-15 hours per week. Our peak hours are 8-10 am and 3-7 pm and some availability during these times is a requirement. Begins as unpaid internship, but can turn into part time employment at $14.50/hour. This position gives experience in preparation for graduate programs in the fields of Psychology, Education, or Behavior Analysis. There is no previous experience necessary to apply for this position. Interns are paired with a senior staff in our in house mentorship program. The intern can be expected to perform the following duties:

• Attending Principles of Behavior Workshop and Standard Celeration Chart Workshops
• Preparing for and conducting one on one sessions with learners
• Participate in training in several different curriculum areas such as math, reading, and problem solving
• Attend weekly team meetings
