looking for a roommate $800 a month

I'm looking for a female roommate to move into my apartment at the Springbrook Ridge Apartments in Newberg. You'd have your own room and a full bathroom as well as our shared living room and kitchen. The apartment is on the ground level but our porch sits on the second level giving the feel you're in the trees. It's only 1.6 miles from campus but feels more secluded because the apartments sit right next to the Chehalem golf course. Rent, utilities, and wifi would be around $800 - $900 a month in total, also depending on if you want to sign a month-to-month lease or year-long. My name is Noella and this is my third year as a business major at Fox but only my second year living here. I work at Dutch brothers and I like to spend time outdoors and with friends in Portland as well as cooking and just hanging out watching tv.
