Additional shared spaces for you and the other 2 gals includes a laundry room with new washer and dryer, convection oven/air fryer and big hall closet for extra storage.
Parking space also included.
The room can come furnished if you'd like (comfy twin bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, bookshelf) or bring your own if you'd prefer.
The space is not designed to accommodate pets- so no pets. No smoking.
