The room has a queen bed, closet, dresser, two side bookshelves and a flat screen smart TV. There is a large shared bathroom. There is also a shared study with a separate desk for the tenant. The room rent of $850 includes utilities. A renter will have full access to the common areas and the laundry. The kitchen is large and fully furnished. I have high speed wifi and several streaming services. The property is on 2+ acres and has free parking. The area is quiet and situated between Newberg and Dundee.
I am the only other occupant in the home and I am a retired female. There is no smoking or drugs allowed and no underage drinking. There is one outdoor/barn cat on the property who spends most of the time outside.
