Off street parking and enclosed bike storage if needed. One large single room set up as an independent living space (or loft) in our home with a private kitchenette that includes a small fridge with freezer, microwave, and 2 burner cooktop. There is an additional cooking space in the shared loft laundry room that has additional cooktop, convection oven/air fryer, ice maker and plenty of cupboards. You will also have use of the washer/dryer in this space. This shared space and the large bathroom are used only by 2 other young females in the loft area. Each person has their own personal room and kitchenette. The bathroom has double sinks with a separate toilet and shower room. Bring your own furniture or we can help furnish if needed. If you are a responsible female looking for a clean, independent space close to campus text or call. Pets won't work in this space or with our little dog. My husband and I are GFU grads :) Text or call Jen 503-554-5838 https://georgefox.yclas.com/rooms-for-rent/575-mo-private-room-w-personal-kitchenette-available-dec-1-2026.html
