Camp Tilikum is looking for:
20 amazing college-aged individuals to serve on the 2021 Summer Staff. As a member of Tilikum’s summer staff, you will spend the day teaching kids about God in our beautiful lakeside environment. A summer at Tilikum offers you an incredible experience that will push you to grow!
WHICH PROGRAM FITS YOU BEST?
Day Camp Staff
Day Camp is a program for children entering 1st-6th grades. These staff members will lead a new group of campers every week and are responsible for teaching and facilitating group activities such as: canoeing, archery, swimming, hiking, and Bible discussions, as well as things like crafting and general merriment! Day Camp staff are trained in these areas, as well as basic first aid, and if possible, lifeguarding. To be a part of Day Camp Staff you must be at least 18 years of age and one year out of high school.
Tilikum Adventure Program Staff
The Tilikum Adventure Program is a program designed for grades 6-8 and focuses on the deepening of a child’s faith as well as their relationships with others. This is done using our Challenge Course, and a handful of other camp programs. Each Adventure Staff member will be trained as a Challenge Course facilitator, and will also be trained in how to facilitate Bible discussions, games, first aid, and if possible, lifeguarding. To be a part of Adventure Program staff you must be at least 20 years old and at least two years out of high school.

Applications: The application process begins February 1st and continues until March. The final deadline to submit an application is March 15th. Preference is given to those who apply early. Lifeguard Training: May 20th-24th Summer Staff Program: May 24-August 10th
2021 Housing is provided.
First Year Staff: $2,500
Lifeguards: + $200
Returning Staff: $2,700
Tilikum Summer Staff are expected to be present for the entire program. Limited exceptions are made to this and must be negotiated before hire.
