We value traditional Lutheran worship while engaging all ages in the gospel. Position Overview: We are looking for a steady, faithful leader to guide us through pastoral transition. The Interim Pastor will preach and teach God's Word, provide pastoral care, support healthy communication, and help prepare our congregation and Call Committee for our next long-term pastor. Compensation & Duration: Open to full or part time position with compensation aligned to experience and LCMC guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead traditional, Christ-centered worship and preach biblically grounded sermons. Guide the congregation through transition and call process. Collaborate with staff on ongoing ministries.
