For rent: A furnished, clean, spacious apartment in the country on Chehalem Mountain yet only 10 minutes from George Fox campus. This is the downstairs of a daylight basement home. I prefer one tenant but may consider two with the rent increased to $1500/month. The residence is on a couple of acres off Bell Road. Total apartment space is ~1200 square feet. The bedroom/sitting room is large, about half of the total square footage. It has a huge walk-in closet. There is large living room that has a small kitchen within it. The kitchen does not have a range, but has a two burner hot plate and a countertop oven, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a utility room in between the rooms where a washer and dryer is, which would be shared. The apartment has a private entrance and full bath. There is parking for one vehicle. I am a single, senior man, and very devoted in my faith. Have lived here for 25 years and the house and landscaping is well maintained. I also farm a small chardonnay vineyard on the property. There is no TV connection, but of course there is Wi-fi. I have a large, mellow 10 year old dog and an older cat. They are not allowed in the apartment. If you don’t like pets or are allergic to them, this apartment probably wouldn't be suitable. Rent is $1300/month, all inclusive.
