For rent: A furnished, clean, spacious apartment in the country on Chehalem Mountain yet only 10 minutes from George Fox campus. This is the downstairs of a daylight basement home.
The residence is on a couple of acres off Bell Road. Total apartment space is ~1200 square feet. The bedroom/sitting room is large, about half of the total square footage. It has a huge walk-in closet. There is large living room that has a small kitchen within it. The kitchen is equipped with a countertop oven, microwave, two burner hot plate and refrigerator. There is a utility room in between the rooms where a washer and dryer is, which would be shared. The apartment has a private entrance and full bath.
There is parking for one vehicle.
I am a single, senior man, and very devoted in my faith. Have lived here for 25 years and the house and landscaping is well maintained. I also farm a small chardonnay vineyard on the property. There is no TV connection, but of course there is Wi-fi. Rent is $1250/month, all inclusive. Required to move in would be first month’s rent and a $500 cleaning deposit. The rent would increase to $1450/month November 1 throughout the winter, then go back to $1250 the first of June.
