Hi everyone! My name is Jacob Graham and I am an alumni of George Fox. I own a house on college st. near GFU. I have two rooms currently available for rent. The common areas of the house are completely furnished and we hire a cleaning service that comes to clean the common areas every other month. The residence has interior washing and drying machines, central air conditioning + heating, and plenty of parking for all tenants. I cover the cost of the utilities, wifi, and the cleaning service in the hopes of keeping your rent consistent every month.
