My name is Jacob Graham and I am an alumni of George Fox. I own a house on college st. about a mile and a half from GFU. I have two rooms available for rent currently. The common areas of the house are completely furnished and we hire a cleaning service that comes through every other month. The house has five rooms, three of which are currently occupied by other GFU alumni. I cover utilities, wifi, and the cleaning service in the hopes of keeping your rent the same every month.
The master bedroom is available for $775 per month and the other bedroom is available for $750 per month. No other charges are assessed monthly.
