Hi everyone! My name is Jacob Graham and I am an alumni of George Fox. I own a house on college st. about a mile from GFU. I have two rooms currently available for rent.
The common areas of the house are completely furnished and we hire a cleaning service that comes to clean the common areas every other month. The house has five rooms, three of which are currently occupied by other GFU alumni. I cover utilities, wifi, and the cleaning service in the hopes of keeping your rent consistent every month.
Rent costs are as followed:
- 12 month lease: $725 per month + $0 utilities
- 9 month lease: $735 per month + $0 utilities
- 6 month lease: $750 per month + $0 utilities
