Hi everyone! My name is Jacob Graham and I am an alumni of George Fox. I own a house on college st. near GFU. I have two rooms currently available for rent.
The common areas of the house are completely furnished and we hire a cleaning service that comes to clean the common areas every other month. The residence has interior washing and drying machines, central air conditioning + heating, and plenty of parking for all tenants.
I cover the cost of the utilities, wifi, and the cleaning service in the hopes of keeping your rent consistent every month.
Rent costs are as followed (costs include utilities, wifi, and cleaning service):
- 12 month lease: $675 per month
- 9 month lease: $685 per month
- 6 month lease: $700 per month
