Vacation Rental House Cleaner

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vacation Rental House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our vacation rental properties are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. This role requires a keen eye for cleanliness, efficiency, and a proactive approach to maintaining a high standard of hygiene. Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and Sanitizing:   - Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental properties before and after guest stays.   - Sanitize and disinfect all surfaces, including kitchen and bathroom areas, to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment for guests. 2. Linen and Towel Management:   - Change bed linens and towels according to established guidelines.   - Ensure all linens are clean, neatly arranged, and free from stains or damage. 3. Inventory Management:   - Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities regularly.   - Report any maintenance issues or items requiring replacement to the appropriate personnel. 4. Communication:   - Ensure that time-off requests and availability are communicated clearly and within a reasonable time frame. 5. Attention to Detail:   - Pay meticulous attention to detail when cleaning and organizing the property, ensuring nothing is    overlooked.   - Identify and report any damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the management team. 6. Adherence to Policies and Procedures:   - Follow established cleaning protocols and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality.   - Adhere to safety standards and regulations during cleaning tasks. lavonne@stayporchlight.com Qualifications: 1. Experience:   - Prior experience with cleaning in a residential or commercial capacity is preferred. 2. Reliability:   - Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic. 3. Physical Stamina:   - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving bags of laundry, and standing/walking for extended periods. 4. Flexibility:   - Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed. 5. Initiative:   - Proactive attitude and ability to identify and address cleaning needs without constant supervision.
