I have an unfurnished large bedroom with large walk in closet and your own PRIVATE bathroom available. You also will get an additional LARGE LINEN CLOSET and PANTRY all to yourself. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need and also includes all cleaning materials etc. (with the exception of your own TP in your own bathroom). Parking for a small car in the driveway is also included. Shared use of the living room, kitchen, laundry, backyard included. I am a short 2 minute drive or bike ride to George Fox Rent is $950 which includes garbage, xfinity internet, and gas. Water and electricity will be split between the two of us each month:) $350 security deposit required. 10-12 month lease required.
