The house is a single family house, 1400 sq feet total. All furnishings besides your room are already provided. Room itself is 12’x12’. It overlooks the back deck and the creek behind our house, which is a nice green space without any houses up close. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house, my roommate and I currently occupy the other rooms.
