I will have a room for a lady starting January 1, 2025. The room provided shares a bathroom with another tenant and is fully furnished. Rent is $850, with an additional $75 for utilities. Two other ladies are currently living in the home; all have full access to the kitchen, laundry, and other prominent parts of the everyday living space.
