Hi everyone, my name is Jacob Graham and I am a GFU alumni. I have a room available for rent at my house on College st. It is a five bedroom located a mile and a half from campus on the north side of Newberg. The other four bedrooms are currently occupied. The common areas are furnished, the bedroom is not. One of the current tenets has a dog. He is an older black lab and is very calm and friendly. Rent is $750 per month including utilities and wifi. Move in is available immediately.
