Good Afternoon, I have a bedroom in a home available to rent to a George Fox student, available on or after March 1, 2026. The room is 114 square feet, furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and a nightstand.There is a private bathroom with a bathtub/shower, too. The home is 1317 square feet, and approximately one (1) mile from campus. The student will have the use of the kitchen, all appliances, laundry, and living area as well. I am asking $700 per month, with a $300 security deposit. I have two indoor cats that are friendly. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
