We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to provide childcare for our four energetic kids during the summer months. Our children range in age from 1 to 11 years old. Our ideal candidate would be nurturing, energetic, and experienced in caring for multiple children. Duties include supervising activities, preparing lunch and ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Responsibilities: - Supervise the children throughout the day - Plan and organize age-appropriate activities, both indoor and outdoor - Prepare snacks and lunch - Maintain a safe and tidy environment - Provide basic care such as diaper changes for our youngest - Follow any specific instructions provided by the parents regarding routines, safety, etc. - Pickup and drop off at occasional kid’s activities (our vehicle is available for your use). Requirements: - Prior experience working with children - CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children - Ability to multitask and handle the needs of multiple children simultaneously - Reliable transportation to and from our location - Willingness to undergo a background check Schedule: Tuesday’s from 9:30am to 2pm Wednesday’s from 9:30am to 2 pm Thursday’s from 8:30am to 2:30pm Summer months: June 18 to August 29, 2024 Compensation: - $18 per hour, 15 hours per week.
