Description: The Mid-Columbia Chapter, located in The Dalles, Oregon, encompasses a six county area in rural eastern Oregon. The chapter straddles the Columbia River with two counties in Washington State and four in Oregon. The area is rural with its population spread out but this thriving chapter knows that all children are important to God. Our retiring director started as a board member and has been the director for fifteen years. We, as a board, look forward to what God has in store for the ministry moving forward. So what are we looking for?
