Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly Front Desk Duties and Responsibilities: Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys, and explain the hotel’s amenities Take payment from guests Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner Explain local amenities and attractions to guests Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs Arrange specialized services for VIP customers Qualifications: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Exceptional customer service Hotel experience preferred (but not required) Benefits: Paid Time Off Medical 401K Holiday Pay Hotel Discounts with Escape Lodging Advancement opportunities!
