Utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash, internet, yard care) are included in the rent; laundry on the property. The other furnished smaller bedroom (approximately 11'x9') has a kitchenette including a hot pot, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, etc..., closet, cupboard, table and chair. Bathroom (approximately 10'x6') has a shower, bidet, and historic claw foot tub. Lots of windows and natural light fill all the rooms. Laundry is available in the main house and access can be arranged. As the owner is an art professor at George Fox University (a block away) there is art on the wall to help make this temporary home an inviting and comfortable place to rest.
