Making a home here, and you will have your own upstairs private furnished two bedroom space. The large bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, lounge chair, nightstands, and mini fridge. The smaller bedroom has a table, chair, cupboard and mini kitchenette equipment, and can also be used as an office. You have a bathroom all to yourself, porch, private entrance, and foyer. Utilities (water, gas, electricity, trash, internet, yard care) are included in the rent; laundry on the property. A three months lease is required and then a month to month lease afterwards.  $1,000 a month and a $500 refundable deposit. One renter only.

A lovely front porch greets you as you enter your home that is exclusively yours to hang out and read a book on. In the downstairs entry (approximately 11"x7") you have a space to store a bike, shoes, hang your coat, and settle in. Upstairs you will find you have two main rooms - a larger bedroom (approximately 14'x14') with a queen bed, two nightstands, a side table, chair, lounge chair, mini fridge, a bank of drawers built in the wall. An open walk in closet space opens the room up to a large window. This room is equipped for your comfort with a heater and a large air conditioner. The other furnished smaller bedroom (approximately 11'x9') has a kitchenette including a hot pot, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, etc..., closet, cupboard, table and chair. 

Bathroom (approximately 10'x6') has a shower, bidet, and historic claw foot tub. Lots of windows and natural light fill all the rooms. Laundry is available in the main house and access can be arranged. As the owner is an art professor at George Fox University (a block away) there is art on the wall to help make this temporary home an inviting and comfortable place to rest.
