We are seeking a group of 5 or 6 GFU students/friends/teammates to rent our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. There are three single bedrooms and a forth bedroom suite that has enough space for 2 or 3 students. The house is 1344 square feet. The attached garage is an additional 400 square feet and would make a great game room!
The property includes air conditioning, 2 full-sized refrigerators, dishwasher, washer & dryer, a covered patio and a fully-fenced backyard. There is parking for 5-6 cars. Also included are 1 GB internet service, garbage/recycling, and all yard maintenance. Power and water utilities are the shared responsibility of all tenants.
Each tenant will have their own lease. The price for 5 students is $3,500 or 6 students for $3,800.
House will be available 7/1/2025. Free summer storage for student belongings available in May of 2025.
