We have a 600 ft studio apartment with a large shared bathroom downstairs that is available for rent September 1st. We are located 2.5 mi from George Fox on 2 acres in Newberg. Apartment comes fully furnished and has its own heat and air conditioning unit. We are looking for one female to rent this space as she will be sharing a large bathroom downstairs with one other girl. $1,200 a month includes rent, all utilities, access to our laundry room and a large parking spot. Our last GFU renter stayed two and a half years and we would love to have a long-term renter again but you must be willing to sign at least a 1-year lease.
