Hi. My name is Krista Henke; I am an apartment manager at Colonial Village located at 2301 E 2nd St. Newberg, Oregon.
We are currently offering remodeled one bedroom, one bath apartments for $1575.00 per month for rent, $75.00 per month for water, sewer and garbage. Renter's insurance is required.
We also have classic two-bedroom, one bath apartments for $1595.00 per month for rent, $95.00 per month for water, sewer and garbage.
We accept up to two pets with an additional $200.00 deposit, no pet rent! We require renter's insurance. Laundry is on-site. Each apartment has one assigned parking space. We have two on-site laundry facilities; machines are coin operated or by app online.
For a short time, we are offering 2-weeks of free rent for anyone who applies, qualifies and moves in by November 15th, 2025.
Tenants are responsible for their own electricity, internet, phone and cable services.
