I'm a long time professor at George Fox. I live in a lovely 1908 home that is in the heart of Newberg and walking distance to downtown and George Fox. I'm looking for a male renter that is a graduate student (sorry no undergrad), teacher, professional and/or responsible adult who is looking for a furnished room to rent.
Here are the details: $1,000 a month & $500 Security/Cleaning deposit. Month to Month. Rent includes water, gas, electric, trash, internet, and yard maintenance. Renter also has use of the home's kitchen, laundry, family room, dining room, porches etc... with storage space in kitchen, fridge, and laundry.
