Hello,
I’m a professor at George Fox University and will be away for the summer, so I’m offering my 3-bedroom home for rent during that time. The house is located just 1.2 miles from campus and is ideal for two friends looking to share a comfortable space. One downstairs bedroom will be used for storage.
The rental period is from early May through August 15 (approximately 3.5 months). The home includes two spacious, furnished bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom—perfect for roommates. The main floor features a living room, kitchen, and a second bathroom.
There may also be an option to continue renting the upstairs bedrooms after August 15, 2026, if needed.
Rent is $1,200 per month. Tenants are responsible for utilities (water, gas, electricity, internet, and garbage). A $1,000 refundable security and cleaning deposit is required. No pets, please.
