"Little Finland" is our brand-new three-story home, just a 6-minute drive from the GFU campus. We are looking for 6–7 students for a 12-month lease at $4,700/month or a 24-month lease at $4,200/month. This amounts to $600–783 per person depending on the lease and the number of tenants.

Everything is new, the nearly fully furnished rooms are spacious, and the ceilings are high. The first floor consists of the combined living room, dining space, and kitchen, and one of the three bathrooms. The second floor holds three single bedrooms that share a large bathroom and one large master bedroom with its private bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The master bedroom easily fits two separate beds or a king-size bed for a married couple (if you are into communal living). The top third floor is an entire floor-size room with gorgeous views overlooking hazelnut fields and the coastal mountain range but without a private bathroom. This floor functions as a huge shared bedroom and living space for two people. Lots of closet and storage space (except the garage which would store our belongings during a possible 12-month lease).

Move-in ready on July 1, 2025, or in June if needed. $2,000 Security Deposit required upon signed lease agreement.
