"Little Finland" is our brand-new three-story home, just a 6-minute drive from the GFU campus. We are looking for 6–7 students for a 12-month lease at $4,500/month or a 24-month lease at $4,200/month. This amounts to $600–750 per person depending on the lease and the number of tenants.
Everything is new, the rooms are spacious, and the ceilings are high. Three floors:
The first floor consists of the combined living room, dining space, kitchen, and one of the three bathrooms.
The second floor holds three single bedrooms that share a large bathroom and one large master bedroom with its private bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. The master bedroom easily fits two separate beds for friends or a king-size bed for a married couple (if you are into communal living).
The top third floor is an entire floor-size room with gorgeous views overlooking hazelnut fields and the coastal mountain range but without a private bathroom. This floor functions as a huge shared bedroom and living space for two people. Lots of closet and storage space (except the garage which would store our belongings for the first 3-6 months of the lease).

Move-in ready on June 1, 2026. $4,500 Security Deposit required upon signed lease agreement.

Pets allowed (and, in fact, we'll give you a discount if you take care of our two super-friendly cats for 3-6 months, all expenses covered)
Proof of renters insurance required
Must be 18 years and older
