Our long term tenants are moving out of our private and quiet caretaker's apartment on our 50 acre property. Apartment is 1b/1b and approx. 900sf, featuring an open floor plan and including a loft office area (which can also serve as the sleeping area), separate bathroom with included washer & dryer, and a separate kitchen space with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and cabinet & shelf storage. There is an outdoor covered patio as well as a private outdoor entertainment space. The entertainment center with TV mount can be used by the Tenant, or will be removed from the residence upon request. Our Tenants may paint the interior spaces as they prefer.

Located between Carlton and Newberg, this easily accessed property has a private, gated entrance and a private paved road leading to your own secluded area tucked away in the trees. You'll be surrounded by nature, as well as get to know our friendly goat pets, the occasional foster animals, and between 30-50 head of cattle that casually graze on 40 acres of fenced pastures and woodland.

Electric is included in the rent, along with water, weekly shared garbage allocation and light landscape maintenance. There are parking spaces for 2-3 vehicles.

The property has ample timber for firewood and Tenants are permitted to gather and use wood on the property, subject to liability waiver and indemnity.

Appointments on June 6 will be scheduled following receipt of completed application by email. After site visit appointments are conducted, applicants interested in renting the space will complete a tenant screening through TransUnion’s SmartMove service (please expect to pay this fee directly to SmartMove). Rent has been updated to reflect inclusions. A security deposit will be required, in addition to first and last month’s rent (which may be deferred).

Additional commercial & storage space is available for rent adjacent to the apartment for our Tenant’s personal property storage, projects, or other approved uses.

This location will go fast -- we will be accepting tenant applications starting June 1, 2026 for a 365-day lease term.
