House features furnished common areas, a spacious kitchen and dining room, living room and TV/study lounge, air conditioning, shared laundry, a garden area, ample parking on both streets and a parking pad. We are NOT renting the house room-by-room, so bring your roommates. All tenants are on one Lease. You would be joining ONE George Fox alumni who would like to occupy 1 of the 5 rooms, and has lived in the house for several years, keeping things easygoing, stable, and respectful shared living environment. For the past 6 leases, the house has been occupied by between 5 and 6 GFU students or alumni.
This is a no-smoking/no-vaping, no-pets house.

Anyone under the age of 18 will also need a co-signer.
As part of the application process, applicants will complete a standard background, credit, and rental history check through a third-party screening service. The application screening is individual, and screening costs are the responsibility of the applicant. Approval is based on meeting these criteria: credit/payment history, rental references, and relevant background information, all in line with Oregon and federal law.
