We are seeking short-term Caretakers for a furnished 2-bedroom manufactured home which is set on 20 acres of hilltop property near Yamhill (approx 30 min drive to GFU). It is available from the from now until June 2026. Rent is $700/month + caretaking duties. Renters' responsibilities include: paying rent on time, paying for internet/utility fees, and looking after the house and land (doing minor jobs/repairs, general upkeep).
