This is a two-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette within an 8 minute walk of GFU campus. The monthly rental includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. The apartment is connected to our house, and you’ll have access to laundry facilities on our side of the house. Cooking equipment includes a microwave, hot plate, and toaster oven. No stove, but you can use our stove/oven, as we can coordinate. There is parking for two cars, one spot under a carport. You’re also invited to enjoy our big, beautiful backyard. No pets or smoking.
