Hello, everyone! My name is Samantha, and I am a senior Elementary Education student, with my roommate, Hannah, being a 2nd year DPT student. Our other roommate is moving out since she graduated from the PT program, and we have a room available. The house is a 5 minute walk or a 1 minute drive from the Medical Science Building (DPT,PA) and about an 8 minute drive to main campus! It is also right next to Fred Meyer. The house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with a 1 car garage and a small backyard area. Appliances include A/C, washer/dryer, oven/stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Rent would currently be around $670, plus utilities. The bedrooms come unfurnished, and my current roommate and I are working out the downstairs furniture situation! Rent would begin May 1st, and this is a 12 months lease, with the option to renew.
