Looking for 1–5 Girls for Housing Next Year 26-27

Hi! My name is Malia; I’m a sophomore at GFU studying Christian Ministries. I’m pretty easygoing and really value a cozy, community-style home. I’m looking for 1–5 girls interested in a flexible housing arrangement for next year.

The situation:
My dad is in the process of buying a house (we’ve already found one we really like). He hasn’t made an offer yet, but it’s in the works. If this specific house doesn’t work out, he is still planning to buy one—it just may take a little longer.

Because of that, I’m looking for people who are okay with some flexibility and a bit of uncertainty during this process.

House details (planned):
- Around 3 bed / 2 bath
- Rent will be around $500 per person, but will vary depending on how many people live there (more people = cheaper rent)
- Free AC, parking, and storage
- Some furniture will be provided

Move-in timing:
Ideally May, but August is also an option, depending on what everyone needs

Important notes:
- I’m open to bunking/room sharing, and this may end up being a house where people share rooms to keep costs lower
- If you’re interested, but it’s just you, that’s totally okay. We can work with that. This could work even if you’re willing to share a room with someone you don’t already know
- This may end up being a mix of people who don’t all know each other yet but are willing to live communally and make it work
- I will have everyone meet beforehand if we move forward to make sure it’s a good fit

What I’m looking for:
- People who are communicative and honest, especially if you already have other housing plans in progress. Let me know beforehand.
- Flexibility and willingness to navigate some unknowns
- Respectful, easygoing roommates who are open to a shared living environment
