My roommate, Kaliah, and I are looking for a third roommate (female) to rent a room in our townhouse mid to late January. We live across Highway 26 from the Tanasbourne Town Center shopping area, and our lease would be for 9 months.
The room available is on the first floor with plenty of storage space and its own bathroom! The rent is a little under $900 a month and comes with a space in the garage. The townhouse is pretty new construction and is a really nice space! Additionally, the neighborhood is really safe and friendly (never had an issue with packages being stolen either).
Kaliah and I are Fox graduates and love Jesus! We're pretty laid back and like to have people over on the weekends to do bible studies, karaoke, or hangouts.
