Hello! We are looking for a new female roommate for this upcoming school year. This second-floor apartment’s common areas are fully furnished. The apartment includes a full bathroom, a living area, and a full kitchen, which has a great assortment of kitchen-related items. It is located within 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 minutes driving, from the GFU campus, and parking is available on-site.
The space available is located in the master bedroom, which has a balcony and is to be shared with Blakely, a Bio/Biochem senior interested in Theatre and currently aiming for PT school. The second roommate, Skyler, is an English major who likes the outdoors and is the proud owner of one of our cats, Sylvester.
One must like – or at least be ok with – living with cats here, as we have two resident cats, and many more roaming the neighborhood.
Expenses, split evenly three ways, must be able to be paid monthly and on-time. Rent is $608.33 (which includes water, sewage, and garbage), and electric and wifi vary each month from $40-$60.
