Home built in 2023 in a new neighborhood four minutes by car from main GFU Campus. Two rooms available with one bathroom to share. One bedroom is fully furnished with queen bed, dresser and nightstand. The other bedroom is unfurnished, but I can help out if needed. Looking for renters aged 30 and under with no pets. I have a small dog, so keep that in mind for allergies.
