• Must practice cleanliness.
• Homeowner has two dogs and a cat, cannot accommodate additional pet (s).
• Room includes queen size bed with pillow top mattress, standard size closet and desk space.
• Bathroom has shower and tub with a vanity and extra storage space in linen closet.
• Heating and AC.
• May request criminal background check, references and / or employment verification.
• 30-day notice requested when moving out.
FEES
• 600.00 per month includes rent, utilities, and internet.
• Non-refundable cleaning deposit of 200.00.
• First months rent due at lease signing.
