Need 2 male George Fox students to be housemates in a large 4 bedroom house, ( two of the rooms are already rented ) for this coming Fall. The lease is from September 1st, to April 30th, 2025...The rent is $525.00 per person each month, the water bill, and yard care, & maintenance are included in the rent. Also to be paid is a refundable security/cleaning deposit of $300.00 per person,...the electric (PGE), and trash pick-up service, and internet is to be paid by the tenants, but divided 4 ways.

The front room is furnished, and the large kitchen has lots of cupboards, also with stove & refrigerator, the laundry room has a washer/dryer, and there is a big walk in closet for extra storage. The bedrooms are not furnished, there is one large bathroom with cupboards and drawers for each person.

Great location, just one block from the University, within walking distance to classes, there is off street parking in front of the house...the address is: 203 North Center St..(It’s the white house on the corner of North Center & Hancock)
