Lease Agreement:
Rooms for rent starting in Jan. 2025 and ending in May 2025 with possibility to renew lease.
Cost:
$800 per room plus $50 for utilities every month due on the first day of each month.
Cost includes:
Room, Electricity, Internet, Water, Sewage, Laundry (provide own detergent), Trash, Club House Gym, Pool (when open), Fully Equipped Kitchen.

Parking included.
Cleaning Deposit:
We are requiring a $150 deposit to hold the room.
Lease Termination Fee:
A $500 fee will be charged if the lease is terminated early.
