Hey there! My wife and I are creating a community of students and professionals just 0.7 miles from Fox in a large, 9-bedroom house. The rent will include a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room, cleanings of shared space, common consumables like soap and toilet paper, all utilities/wifi, and monthly community activities. All the common space is labeled and there's plenty of fridge, freezer, and cabinet space. There are rooms with shared bathrooms and private bathrooms available. As for safety, there are indoor security cameras and electronic locks with personal codes on all the bedroom doors.
Rent is between $900-$1,150, varying based on size and bathroom type. We are offering half rent for the month of September, and the lease is completely flexible - you can do month-to-month if you'd like. If you're interested, you can view all the available rooms via the link posted below.
For the sake of others, no smoking or pets (except for pets that can live in a contained box) are allowed.
