Lease Agreement:
Room for rent available now for a 6 month lease. Lease agreement is flexible.
Cost:
$700 for the room plus $50 for utilities every month due on the first day of each month.

Room, Electricity, Internet, Water, Sewage, Laundry (provide own detergent), Trash, Club House Gym, Pool (when open), Fully Equipped Kitchen.
