Lease Agreement:
Rooms for rent starting in July 2025 and ending in December 2025. Lease agreement is flexible.
Cost:
$850 per room plus $50 for utilities every month due on the first day of each month.

Room, Electricity, Internet, Water, Sewage, Laundry (provide own detergent), Trash, Club House Gym, Pool (when open), Fully Equipped Kitchen.
