Off street parking and enclosed bike storage if needed. One large single room set up as an independent living space (or loft) in our home with a private kitchenette that includes a small fridge with freezer, microwave, and 2 burner cooktop.  There is an additional cooking space in the shared loft laundry room that has additional cooktop, convection oven/air fryer, ice maker and plenty of cupboards. Pets won't work in this space or with our little dog.  My husband and I are GFU grads :) Text or call Jen 503-554-5838
